How to find an article |
1. We will go to the tab of PRODUCTS and to the option of Catalogue and Online Store. There will be opened a list of categories of the different products that we sell. You can choose the option Search to find the product directly. If you write the name in the box it will look for the articles that contain the name of the product or in the above mentioned description. If you want to do a search for the name of the product choose "Advanced Search" and select "Advanced Search according to the Parameters" in the second drop-down option. If you know the code of the product please write him in this option. Once located the article it is possible to extend the information touching on his name or image. If you are looking for technical information or manuals of the product visit our section "DOWNLOAD" from home menu.
How to do an order |
1. To buy in our Online Store is very easy. Simply it´s necessary to select the quantity of the product you want and incorporate the product into the basket pulsating on the icon for add him to cart. Once in the basket it is possible to continue buying other articles or to make the order.
2. Once clicked on the cart of purchase a window will appear with two possible options. If you want to continue buying pulsate Continue but on the other hand if you want already to proceed with the order pulsate Cart.
3. Once clicked in order you will be able to see your cart where you will see all of the selected products and the wished quantities. In case you want to continue with the purchase pulsate in Continue shopping but if you want to finish the order pulsate Check out.
4. When you proceed with the order all the transactions from this moment are effected under a sure connection that guarantees the confidentiality of all your information. A screen will request your user's key and your password. If already you are a registered client you only have to introduce the above mentioned information.
5. If it is a new registration click on the second option. There will spread out a list in which you will introduce your information to register. This information is principally to know the destination of the requested order and to be able to contact you. To finish click Submit.
6. Since now there are visualized 4 steps identified with four carts:
The first Cart will appear all information that you have introduced. Make sure that it is the correct address.
If the delivery address is different from your registered one it´s necessary to pulsate in the link Add new delivery address.
In the second Cart the cost of the transport will appear in the part of below of the order (notice: the program chooses the transport according to geographical situation and calculates the amount).

How to pay an article |
In the third Cart you will choose the method of payment: Credit card or transference.
In the Fourth Cart you will visualize the order completely. Please check the selected articles, the address and if it is ok with the order and the total amount, pulsate Confirm Order.
If you have chosen payment for transfer once on the following screen, you will see the bank information to make the transfer. As soon as we receive confirmation of the bank we will send the order.
If you have chosen Payment by Credit Card it will open the gateway of Payment you will be able to refill the information that it requests you. When we receive this notification of the Bank we will send the order.
