Tips for preparing the boat:

Finally come the holidays and we expect to enjoy our time onboard
If you have leaved the boat for a long period we give you some recommendations for preparing the toilets and tanks to keep them healthy this season:

1 .- After this long period, the toilet will look a little sickly, will rust adinet_jbnet-002stains and lime. We will use an effective product as Adinet Cisternas, a descaler lime and stain remover and leave the bowl perfectly , beeing friendly with  all of the parts of the toilet.

2 .- During this period of inactivity, bacteria have been escalating in the bowl, piping and holding tank. There will be bad odor that should be removed immediately!. To inhibit malodorous gases and adinet_jbnet-001disinfect the system, we recommend to drop directly into the toilet ½ liter of toilet deodorant Adinet Nautic, we run the liquid water in the system by flushing the toilet, thus impregnating hoses discharge line Adinet and will make a cleanup of debris and waste paper, leaving everything in its path sanitized and odor free. The Adinet is a product that contains surface-active biodegradable and is considered as organic.
3 .- The Holding tank also needs to make a tune-up, but most times it is very difficult to reach it or ito ts inspection hatch, to clean it. We shall repeat what we made at point "2" several times so the tank contains a good quantity of Adinet WC Nautic and Water, and will keep the tank clean and disinfect.

During the summer:
At  this season, when we use our boat more often, it is common that we find a performance issue in our marine toilet, more than once, it upset us, especially if we have guests on board.
To avoid these inconveniences, it is important to follow some simple guidelines about the use of your toilet:
Never throw into the toilet solids, cotton, bandages, gauze or anything else that does not leave our body. Always employ special toilet paper as the Ultra disolvent  Dometic / Sealand tissue. Otherwise, there would be cloggins.
We recommend the use of an additive deodorant  that removes odors and make more durable the system. Use Adinet Náutic the toilet, at a rate of 100ml per toilet every week.
If your toilet uses sea water you will need to give more attention, because seawater microorganisms break down quickly and give off bad smell and salt water is also highly corrosive and frequently causes the formation of calcium carbonate in the pipe walls. In order to prevent it from adhering to the walls Adinet is recommend using tanks regularly.
