The Dahlberg family keeps on growing

This 2024 is without a doubt a special year for Dahlberg, as not every company is able to celebrate 50 years of journey. Half a century in which the company has evolved, adapting its services to the needs of its customers, to offer the best in sanitation, comfort, safety and electronics.

During these five decades, many professionals have been part of Dahlberg S.A., but this 2024 Dahlberg started the year by welcoming a new member. We are talking about Malén Llompart Gual, well known in the nautical world of the Balearic Islands, who will be our Business Development Manager.

Malén will be in charge of the company’s strategic planning to achieve very clear goals: to increase sales, offer a higher level of quality and be more innovative. To meet these challenges, Malén has met with all the teams in the company’s different divisions to get to know first-hand the ins and outs of Dahlberg in order to develop an internal plan that will lead the company to become internationally known to expand its network of customers and suppliers.

Although Malén‘s beginnings were linked to the hospitality industry, having studied International Hotel Management, she has spent the last 20 years working in the nautical sector,  specifically at the Alcudiamar Tourist Marina, where she has had the opportunity to gain an understanding of the structure and details of this large sector. She has also acquired this knowledge as a member of the board of directors of the Balearic Islands Nautical Facilities Association (ANADE) and the Balearic Marine Cluster, two organisations dedicated to improving the situation of ports and businesses on the islands. She will undoubtedly bring this professional experience to her new role at Dahlberg, along with her passion, attitude and desire to innovate and create a plan to streamline processes within the company.

Even if she has been familiar with Dahlberg’s company and its services for years, Malén can now confirm that her new home, in terms of work, is a strategic, consistent and high quality company. “This year is the 50th anniversary, and I hope to lay the foundations for another 50 years.” she confesses.
